  I always have a positive experience when I visit this franchise. Lately the staff seems to be a bit more lazy, I'm not sure if like most minimum-wage place they're having a hard time recruiting and keeping their good employees, but other than having to wait a bit longer and taking more time to order, the rest of the experience is great.
  
  The food is very good as in most A&W, always warm, the place is clean, not much I can say, but when we go for fast food, we prefer this over McD.

  The staff needs some training on the products they're selling.
  
  I ordered the new beyond breakfast sandwich and things got confusing.
  
  At first I thought they'd given me a hamburger because it was in a hamburger bun but the girl said no it's the breakfast sandwich and I said well why doesn't it look the same as it does on the menu sign above the counter and she actually came around from the counter to the front to see what it looks like and seemed surprised.  It's supposed to come on an english muffin.
  
  I mean there are posters of it all over the place...
  
  Definitely not a huge deal.  I ate it as is and it was still very good and yes it tastes like sausage but Jeez Louise staff should know how to construct a breakfast sandwich.

  Very slow service, impersonnel and cold. The employees really don't care about you once you've paid.  Got my food cold.
